As everything in life, we learn that nothing is as black and white as our mind perceives it and we practice the balancing of dark and light grey areas… We end by discussing the concept of ‘home’….
Today we journey through time and the way we perceive our past, present & future. We allow ourselves some nostalgic and romantic dwelling of the past. We talk about our future plans in times of enormous uncertainty. Mainly, we learn to breathe, we learn to be present and mindful. To Be Here & Now.
A more personal and emotional edition today due to the uncertain times we have been challenged to deal with . In the news they talk about a second wave but I want to talk about the waves of emotions this pandemic releases in us and how we deal with them . So let’s use today’s hour together as a form of meditation, an exercise for introspection, see where the songs lead us and which emotions they bring up, whether we feel them in our heart, body or mind. With hope, gratitude and kindness.
